  • The cost of hiring a chauffeur from our company varies depending on the type of vehicle, distance, and duration of service. Please contact our reservation desk for a personalized quote.

  • We accept all major credit cards as payment methods, as well as direct billing for corporate clients.

Yes, we offer specialized chauffeur services for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.

  • Yes, you can make changes to your reservation by contacting our reservation desk at least 24 hours in advance.

    Cancelations made less than 24h in advance will be subject to 100% charges.

We have a minimum time limit of 2 hours and do not have a maximum time limit for our chauffeur services.

  • We recommend booking your chauffeur service at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Yes, you can request a specific chauffeur for your service, subject to availability.

Yes, we provide a personalized quote for our chauffeur services based on your specific requirements.

Our cancellation policy varies based on the type of service and the duration of the reservation.

For all non-airport pickups, we allow a grace period of 15 minutes

Commercial airport pickups 1 hour from commercial flight arrival are allotted;

Cruise Ship Terminal or FBO  arrivals 30 minutes from the pickup time is allotted; once lapsed waiting time will be charged at the vehicle hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

Stops on-route of 5 minutes or less will be charged per stop at $20 for Sedans/SUVs; $30 for Executive Vans/Limos. All other stops will be charged at the vehicle hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

Classique Chauffeur Services does not assume any responsibility for personal articles lost, damaged, or left in the vehicle during or after the reservation.

Alcohol consumption in any commercial vehicle is illegal, and failure to comply will cause immediate termination of the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations for transfers booked in a Sedan or SUV:

Prior to 24 hours–no charges / Less than 24 hours–100% charges apply.

All cancellations for transfers booked with Executive Van or Limo. Prior to 48 hours no charge / Less than 48 hours -100% charges apply.

All cancellations for transfers booked on Christmas Day, New Year Eve and New Year Day: Prior to 7 days-no charge / Less than 7 days-100% charges apply.

Seattle, Whistler, Kelowna, Kamloops and other interior destination and On-call (4 hours or more) and Private Tour booking: prior 72 hours-no charge / Less than 72 hours–100% charges apply.

Any reservation change request made less than 4 to 24 hours prior is on a best-efforts basis, additional charges might apply.
